Road service technicians at AA are continuing their ban on battery sales as they consider the next stage in their ongoing industrial campaign.
The 180 workers have been in dispute with the organisation for three months now over national pay-parity and retention of their extra week’s service leave, including unprecedented nationwide strike action in December last year.
EPMU organiser Chris Rigby says the ban on battery sales are a
major earner for the AA and the action will be having an
effect.
Bargaining is set to resume on Tuesday.
