Energex dispute settles

The Engineering, Printing and Manufacturing Union has withdrawn its notice of industrial action at lines contractor Energex after reaching a settlement with the company in mediation.

The terms of settlement will now be taken out to members for ratification.

Energex workers are responsible for the maintenance of the Vector-owned Auckland lines network.
