The EPMU continued mediation with Air New Zealand this week over the pay disparity at Zeal 320 Ltd.
Flight attendants employed by Zeal 320, a wholly owned subsidiary of Air New Zealand, are campaigning to address the unfairness that sees them earning tens of thousands less than crew employed directly by Air New Zealand to do the same work.
The Zeal crew have already taken four days of full industrial action and are not ruling out further action if the airline does not address the disparity in pay.
Meanwhile, Zeal 320 EPMU delegate Kirsty Hamilton will attend the Australian Council of Trade Unions conference in Brisbane next week to update Australians transport unions about the dispute and seek their support in the campaign.
